If I ever need service in the Indy area, I'm calling Gus Towing.  I called Gus Towing they were professional, cheerful and understanding on the phone, called back exactly like/when they said they would, and hiked there equipment into the parking garage to my car. The tire change was super quick (I only waited maybe half an hour from call to on site, and probably no more than 7 minutes to fix), they loaded the damaged tire into my car for me, and there service charge was incredibly reasonable. I cannot say how much he turned my frustrating evening into a decent one. Thank you so much for your help today!
